Deja Vu Photography

ME~ Hello! let me tell you a little bit about me, NiCole, and my business Deja Vu Photography. First, I’ll explain the lady behind the camera. I’m a wife and a mother of 5. Wife of 1, mother of 5, in case you were confused. I’m not a wife of 5, 1 is enough. My family inspires me with my photography. I get many ideas from everyday living. And of course, they’re my guinea pigs most of the time. When I say “everyday living” I mean the real life moments that we remember from childhood. Those moments, those are the moments I strive to capture out of my pictures. I will go into more detail with that.

 

Deja Vu Photography~ I’ve always enjoyed photography since I was a child. I started collecting old cameras when I was about 7. Ironically, I hated pictures. I hated being in the picture. I loved taking pictures. But not your typical pictures. I would take candid pictures of my family and friends. Pictures of the real person they are. The real smiles. The real laughter. I never cared for the “Smile! Say cheese!” That’s not my style. My style is, unexpected, real, genuine, and storytelling. I like my pictures to tell their own little story.
